Circuit qui comporte quelques portions de descente assez technique qui raviront les passionnés de VTT. Il doit son nom au rocher du Sickert, magnifique piton rocheux qui culmine à 508 m d'altitude à partir duquel on profite d'un panorama superbe sur Dabo
