מסלול אופניים של כ-10 ק"מ הכולל דאבלים וסינגלים לא לרוכבים מתחילים. סיום והתחלה בחורשת הפיקניק. לאורך המסלול עוברים את כלוב הנשרים, תצפית לנחל הנדיב תחת הפרגולה, חורבת עקב ותצפית על מישור החוף, שדה הרגמים, קברים במבני אבן עגולים, ירידה מאתגרת מחורשת האורן
